A three storied residence built on a mere 720 sft of land for an young business person. The plot being extremely small, the main design challenge was to curb livable spaces out of the built form. However after a rigorous and meticulous exercise the final floor plans were drawn up. The ground floor houses the lofty godown for stocking materials. A garage space is proposed along with a mezzanine floor above, which houses the office space. The upper floors are housing the bed rooms, living spaces, kitchen etc. A nice cosy prayer room is proposed at the terrace floor. The exterior façade is sculpted out of a cuboidal building form creating smart balconies with overhanging roof slabs at different levels. Play of material and hues further enhances the smart look of the building.
