A two storied residence for a family of four. The client wanted a modern house with simplistic approach. The building is housing living areas with an open staircase in both the floors. The staircase block is teamed up with a box projection, creating niche for the continuous glass strips and finally making the main frame of the building. A cosy balcony is located at the first floor level having low height roof with integrated pergola to create a focal point. A landscape garden in the front adds on a lot of softness to the built form and makes it a feast for the eyes of a beholder.
