The site overlooks a huge waterbody on its southern side and abuts the road on east. The campus is located very near to the Bisharpara Railway station and the rail line runs parallel to the east side road.  The water body side being the most visible one, is considered as the face of the building. The building mass is broken into smaller segments to break the typical monotony of an institution building. A feature wall with wooden plank cladding is erected at the south east corner. The curvilinear balconies are adding the required flamboyance to the form, making it more ecstatic.
