A house for an young couple. The young couple from IT background bought an old house and wanted to convert it into a whole new modern day residence. The job had unique challenges like strengthening the old structure, addition of new block without disturbing the structural stability of the old one, and ultimately unifying the whole thing into a modern residence. The existing and proposed spaces meticulously permuted and combined to create living areas to cater to all sorts of residential need. Having a very limited scope in hand the exterior of the building is precisely treated with features like curved walls, roof level pergolas, continuous glazing, duotone colour scheme  to achieve the smart though soothing look of the final form.
