Previous projects by Subhadeep

Following are few of the key projects Subhadeep has been involved in, during his tenure with TCE and DCPL;

1. Rabiroshmi Abashan ,New Town, Kolkata (A project by DCPL) :

​

A sustainable housing complex comprising of duplex bungalows having building integrated photo voltaic (BIPV) panelsand passive cooling system.A first of its kind in west Bengal.

2. B+G+10 Storied Office building at Saltlake Kolkata (A project by TCE):

This is the office building for Tata consulting Engineers Kolkata DC. The building comprises of a three tire parking lot taking Basement, Ground and 1st floor level. The upper floors house the canteen cum dining, administrative zone, open office spaces, seminar room, meeting rooms, library and other ancillary spaces.

3. The office building for Parli Power Plant, Maharashtra (A project by TCE):

A modern office building for the administrative and technical staff of the plant. This building is having an interconnection with the operating floor of the power house building.

4. Tyre manufacturing plant of CEAT, at Nagpur, Maharashtra (A project by TCE) :

The entire plant is conceptualized in Prefab mode. All the manufacturing units and ancillary buildings for this plant were unified usingtypical building profile, material and colour code.

5. Coffee extraction plant of Nestle at Nunjangud, Mysore (A project by TCE) :

This is the newly added extraction plant building of Nestlé’s Nunjungud plant. The entire building is designed complying with the stringent health and hygiene guideline set by Nestle, UK.

6. Office building of Zinc Mining plant at Gamsberg, South Africa (A project by TCE):

A smart office complex with all modern amenities for the plant operation.

7. Agartala Smart City ( with TCE) :

Has been involved in Agartala smart city project since the very inception stage.

 

8. Guwahati Smart City ( with TCE):

The proposed Command Control building for Guwahati Smart City is designed by him.Command control centre is the nucleus ofany smart city, from where all smart operations of the city are controlled. The building is proposed as the most futuristic and iconic one in Assam.
